Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship and deliver your GajaShakti order — safely, quickly and discreetly.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. You can check whether we deliver to your area by entering your PIN code at checkout.

We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Shipping Charges

Orders of ₹999 and above — FREE shipping.
Orders below ₹999 — a flat shipping charge of [₹XX].
Cash on Delivery — [no extra charge / a COD fee of ₹XX].
Prepaid orders — get an extra 5% off as per our current offer.

The exact shipping charge, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within [24–48 hours] of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after [3 PM] are processed the next working day.

During sales or festive periods, dispatch may take a little longer. We will keep you updated by email.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within:

Metro cities — [2–4] working days.
Rest of India — [4–7] working days.
Remote areas, North-East India, J&K and islands — [7–10] working days.

These are estimates. Delivery can be delayed by weather, courier operations, strikes or other events outside our control.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. Every order is shipped in a plain, sealed outer box with no product name or description on the outside. Only your name, address and phone number appear on the shipping label, as the courier requires.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number by email [and SMS/WhatsApp]. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page or in My Account.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most serviceable PIN codes and may not be available for some remote locations.
Please keep the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change. Some couriers also accept UPI at delivery.
Our courier partner may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Repeatedly refusing COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your phone number.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

Need to change your address? Contact us before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, we may not be able to change it.
Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct and complete, with a landmark if possible.
The courier usually makes [2–3] delivery attempts. If delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available, the order is returned to us. Refunds for such orders follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

Delayed? If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email us your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
Lost in transit? If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will send a free replacement or refund you in full.
Damaged or tampered package? You may refuse to accept it, or accept it and contact us within [48 hours] with photos. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
